THE HOTEL’S FACILITIES

- Superior rooms: equipped as standard rooms, but completely refurbished, with bathrobe and slippers.  The rates include: a stocked minibar and a fruit bowl upon arrival, a welcome drink, beach towels in the room, courtesy set, a hotel's gift, the beach service (1 sun umbrella + 2 sunbeds)
- Free parking lot in front of the hotel
- Air-conditioned restaurant, with veranda overlooking the garden. Buffet meals with homemade desserts
- Bar and TV lounge with WIFI connection, pool room, internet point (charge applies)
- Children’s activity park on the beach and in the park
- Bicycles, tennis court
- 25x12 m seawater swimming pool by the beach, sun terrace with sun umbrellas and deck chairs
- Private sandy beach at 300m from the rooms, beach towels available
- Diving centre with PADI instructors, boat rental, sailing courses (charge applies)
Moreover, in high season:
- Evening barbecue with piano bar entertainment, children’s menu, typical Sardinian menus

The club card

€ 30.00 per person /week, starting from 4 years. It includes:
Animation and miniclub 4-12 years.  Sports activities: tennis court, windsurf, canoeing, bicycles, beach volley, watergym.
Moreover: the shuttle bus to Pelosa beach and the evening piano bar entertainment

- Rates and conditions apply to stays of no less than 7 days. The above rates are per person/day and include: accommodation, breakfast buffet, lunch/dinner buffet, service and VAT. Not included in the price: city tax, if any. Prices for shorter stays: on request.
Reductions for children, sharing the room with 2 adults:
2-5 years: 50% 6-12 years: 30%
Children under 2 years pay € 15.00/day for baby cot and meals, even with the customer’s cot
Third bed: -15%    Fourth bed: -20%      Extra charge for single bedroom: 20%
Reductions may vary in family rooms
- Beach service (1 umbrella + 2 deck chairs): € 58.00 per room/week, for standard rooms
- Pets allowed (excl. common areas), extra charge per week: € 30.00
